Adjustable clevis pins are a solid pin with a flat head with multiple holes drilled in it so that a pin can be put in any one of the holes to lock it in place. This is great when there is a range of material thicknesses. Clevis pins are used in place of bolts and rivets where something needs to be held in place but not permanently. They are made from low carbon steel and zinc plated for mild corrosion resistance.
