Nylon

Nylon mushroom head drive pin anchors are made for light duty general purpose fastening to concrete, block, or brick. They feature a wide mushroom shaped domed head to provide greater contact surface area on the mounting surface and a steel nail that when driven into place expands the nylon body, holding the anchor in place. Some applications are mounting of signage and electrical fixtures to walls. The required drill size is the same size as the diameter of the anchor. Nylon provides excellent resistance to corrosion while the zinc plated steel nail is mildly corrosion resistant.
